Giving back is at the heart of what we do.

Conwest Cares

Established to foster a community of giving within our corporate culture.

Conwest Cares was established out of our desire to give back to the communities where we develop. We support numerous philanthropic and charitable initiatives across Greater Vancouver, with the goal of enhancing both our communities and the individuals residing and working within them.

We encourage employee engagement and positive camaraderie between the members of the team.

Conwest Cares was established out of our desire to give back to the communities where we  develop.

Conwest Cares is based on the threefold pillars of corporate, employee, and social engagement.

As an organization, Conwest is dedicated to corporate growth and industry success, both of which are achieved through teamwork and shared purpose.

We’ve established an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, one where talent is fostered to encourage professional and personal growth. By merging this people-first focus with Conwest’s flat and fast organizational structure, both our projects and our people benefit.

Across all initiatives, we focus on the outcome for stakeholders – whether they be our clients, our corporate partners, our team members, or the municipal bodies that govern the communities where we operate.

In addition, we optimize our community initiatives to give back to the neighbourhoods where we build and develop. This fosters a strong sense of community, allowing us to find purpose in our work and drive continued success.

We focus on charitable initiatives near and dear to our hearts.

We put our company pillars into action by supporting charitable initiatives across Greater Vancouver. Our initiatives range from large to small, and many are near and dear to our hearts.

Ronald McDonald BC & Yukon House Charities

Ronald McDonald BC & Yukon House Charities

When a child experiences a severe illness, the specializiation required for their medical procedure may be far from home, which often requires lengthy out-of-town hospitalization or treatment.

Ronald McDonald House provides accommodation for the families of sick children, offering a comfortable and connected place where they’ll be close to their child.

Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon services over 2000 families per year, providing accommodation, comfort, compassion and a sense of community for families in need.

As part of our commitment to RMH BC & Yukon, we engage in two annual initiatives: Light the Tree, which transforms the House with festive decor during the holiday season, and Welcome Bags which provide essentials and comforts a child may not have with them when they arrive at RMH.
