HOUSS created a rare opportunity for business ownership in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, conveniently located on the precipice of Downtown Vancouver. The building attracted a diverse range of local businesses including a dental clinic, medical specialist, accounting firm, real estate management company, and a restaurant.

One prominent feature was the restoration of a 1901 heritage house originally located on the site. The home was integrated into the design to create an architecturally unique building that blended heritage with modern architecture.
