About the Role
The Paralegal will report to the Associate General Counsel and support Conwest’s in house legal department and be responsible for matters relating to commercial real estate, development, financing, and corporate matters.
This is a fixed-term contract until December 15, 2026, with the possibility of extension. This role works closely with internal teams, external counsel, and government registries. The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in corporate records/corporate services and real estate/land title work, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive documentation, filings, registrations, and due diligence requirements independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
An early priority for the successful candidate will be leading the transition of Conwest’s corporate records and minute books to a digital records platform.
